Worldwide Christian Schools (WWCS) believes that the best way to ensure that schools last is to encourage local ownership and leadership. A WWCS National Team helps to promote the WWCS Vision by developing a support base within its own country while working with national leaders to develop sustainable and accessible schools. A National Team is an organization that is now, or is on the path to becoming, legally recognized by its host government. WWCS National Teams are governed by a national board of directors made up primarily of people who live in that country.
All WWCS National Teams share the same Vision and Mission. Although the program focus of one National Team may vary from another based on the unique needs and circumstances of a particular country, all National Teams strive to contribute to sustainable Christ-centered schools by raising resources and delivering programs.
Some WWCS partner projects exist in countries that do not yet have a WWCS National Team. These partner projects have a direct relationship with the Worldwide Ministry Support Center (WMSC).
Vision: To glorify God by ensuring that all children have access to Christ-centered education.
Mission: To help responsible Christian organizations develop Christ-centered schools.
